Nate Pennington is Principal for Assembly Companies and Broker-of-Record for Pennington Commercial, LLC. He has represented some of New York City’s most prestigious landlords in Lower Manhattan and prominent corporations since 2000. His total transaction volume since 2005 has exceeded over 15 million square feet of national property sales and leasing, including portfolio optimizations for corporate occupiers, completing transactions across all property types.

 

Nate draws upon 20 years of real estate experience at Cushman, Jones Lang LaSalle, Newmark and later, Praxis Commercial, the dedicated brokerage and asset management arm for a 2B New York private equity company between 2011 – 2020.
