Anne launched Assembly Property Tax Services, to provide national tax consulting in 2009 and established the Real Property Tax Program for Newmark Global Corporate Services-GCS. Since 2009, Assembly has been providing these services for portfolio tenants and owners across all property types but with a niche expertise in special purpose buildings and properties in changing industries like technology and news media. Anne’s background provides advantages in determining the underlying and highest and best use of a property to best position it for a tax appeal. She brings over two decades of a commercial real estate investment, development, asset management and brokerage expertise from her work with MetroNexus, A Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds Enterprise, Argent Ventures, a Lehman Brothers backed private investment  company, Alden Global Capital and Versa Capital, with a combined 4B in private equity investments. While at Newmark with GCS and the their Capital Markets Group, she was the recipient of multiple awards including the Largest Multi Market Transaction and Largest Philadelphia Sale by Transaction Volume.  Over her career, she has been responsible for the acquisition, management and redevelopment of over 1000 properties nationwide. Her experience provides for a surgical and local approach to tax appeals which provides the taxpayer maximum and fast results. Each property appeal is completed with her access to developing a custom team  including legal, appraisers and extensive market data resources.
